Weakness – Less than 50% state share for all local total costs. Special education subsidies not based on excess costs.
6. What is your vision of the public education opportunity that the General Assembly should ensure be available to every child in Pennsylvania and what will you do to accomplish that goal?

Fully fund basic and special education costs. Eliminate all unfunded mandates. Enhance Pre-K investments and curtail cyber education expenses incurred by local districts.
